MICHELLE
Office Manger
Michelle started off her career as a medical receptionist at 18 and became a certified biller/coder at 20 years old. About 13 years ago she transitioned to dental and never looked back! She's new to the San Diego area having just moved here with her husband and children from Washington state, so whenever she's not at work she enjoys spending lots of quality time with her family. They enjoy going on roadtrips and hitting up the best local parks and spending time at the beach with their dog. For Michelle, taking care of patients isn't just the responsibility of the doctor, it's hers too. She truly loves what she does and enjoys making a difference in our patients' lives. Patients appreciate her in-depth knowledge of insurance and her ability to reconcile billing issues with limited patient intervention.
KATELYN
Scheduling Coordinator
Katelyn is a 21 year old California native. She lives here in San Diego and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend. She is currently in school and working on her Master's Degree in Psychology. Katelyn enjoys Dentistry because she believes it is the best thing ever to see patients feel confident and happy about themselves. Patients enjoy Katelyn’s warm and accommodating personality.
ABBY
Dental Assistant
Abby is a Santee native currently in Lakeside where she lives with her husband and two kids. She has two dogs she loves to walk with around Lindo Lake. Abby grew up around dentistry, as her mom was a dental assistant. 5 years ago she decided to follow in her moms foot steps. In her free time she likes to hit up the local swap meets, kayak and enjoy quality with her family.
JACQUELINE
Dental Hygienist
Jacqueline started her dental career in 2016 as a dental assistant. She is now a graduate of Concorde Career College and obtained her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2019. She was awarded Miss Congeniality by her teachers due to her kind and comforting disposition. She is compassionate and able to put her patients at ease to ensure a positive dental experience. Jacqueline loves her career and considers her patients as family. Jacqueline is bi-lingual and speaks both English and Spanish. She's also a military wife and has two children of her own. She loves hiking up in Idyllwild, CA, going to the beach and theme parks. Disneyland is considered her home away from home!
